I totally want to know if anyone's having any issues with the site, but I'd appreciate it if any issues are addressed in a mature, polite manner. I understand the frustration you feel when something goes wrong for whatever reason, but please remember that I'm only one person and I do have to sleep occasionally, so try to be patient if you don't receive an immediate response from me regarding your issue.

Please also remember that the site is automated, which means that unless you contact me directly, you are basically dealing with a robot of the interwebs. Try not to hold its shortcomings against me, personally.

I'm not making any money from this site, nor am I asking you for any recompense apart from treating me with a modicum of respect.
